This is my 'Ocean World' Fashion Moodboard. I have found some current pieces of fashion that I think would suit this theme perfectly!

Ocean World Nail Art

Here's my interpretation of the ocean world through nail art. I have used metallics, glitter and a hint  of bright colour.   

From my trip to the aquarium i have created different design ideas for different sets of fish and underwater life. Here is the first one and the rest will follow :) enjoy! 

Inspirational day out!!

I Love love love aquariums and anything to do with ocean life, so I was so excited when my sister and I decided to go to Cheshire's Blue Planet Aquarium on Saturday. 

Had a good laugh and took some gorgeous photos!

There are different parts to the aquarium, we particularly loved the underwater tunnel where the sharks and fish swim over and around you.

 LOVE the coral and sea anemones!

 Also had to admire Nicole's stunning mint green, studded Zara jacket....want one!

Evening casual nails, Styling Fashion Moodboard

Here's my Evening Casual Fashion Moodboard! I immediately thought of black tie balls when i did these, however it isn't very often i attend black tie balls :p
     ....Therefore, i have put together some more casual pieces to style with these nails! I love wearing a bit of glamour with my casual daytime outfits. My favourite piece on this board is the Missguided Mesh and sequin top, it would look fab with some denim cut offs, wedges and that sara metallic tweedy jacket!

Evening Casual!

Just finished these black and silver glitter dips. Reminded me of a black tie ball event, the black tuxedos and the glitter/bling dresses! 

Shhh...Frankie's nails on a school night!!

 My 5 year old niece, Frankie just came round to play. As soon as she spotted the nail varnishes that was it!
              "Please can i have my nails like yours!"

She definitely knew what design she wanted too, i had strict orders to paint every nail a different colour and then a different 'sparkle' on every nail. then it was the swirls added on top, and then 20 minutes later she wanted a heart on the thumbs. 2 minutes later the hearts had to be coloured in, and then more 'sparkle'.
              " I think thats enough now Frankie, you have school tomorrow and you won't be able to take it off"...

               "it's ok.... i'll be aloud because they're so pretty!"

Aztec Moodboard!

This is my Aztec fashion moodboard that I have styled around this set of nails. I would wear statement prints with chunky jewellery. The Aztec trend is one of my firm favourites style-wise, I love the colours and linear patterns!

Here I have used 7 different nail varnishes and two nail pens. I love the detailed lines and patterns of the Aztec style.

Here is my 'circus' nails mood board. I have put together some clothing and accessories that i would wear with this style of nail art. I would also wear chunky rings and bracelets/friendship bracelets!

Welcome to my blog!

WoW first post! 

I have been doing nail art for myself, friends and family for as long as i can remember. I love catching sight of them whilst doing normal everyday things...the shock and satisfaction of a freshly painted design!

I have just finished studying Fashion at uni, and am working part time as a designer so i have some extra time on my hands right now, hence this blog! I thought it would be nice to share my designs with everyone, and also put my spare time to use!
